In a press note issued here on Tuesday evening, the board notified that AP Police result for constable preliminary written test has been published. Preliminary Written Test Results for PC (Civil&AR) & Warder (Prisons) :

Recruitment to the posts of SCT Police Constable (Civil) (Men & Women)-3216 Posts, SCT Police Constable (AR) (Men & Women)- 1067 Posts, in Police Department and Warders (Male)-240 Posts & Warders (Female)- 25 Posts, in Prisons & Correctional Services Department was notified vide Notification Rc.No.202/R&T/Rect.2/2016, dt: 22-07-2016.
Preliminary written test (Qualifying) for the above posts was conducted on 06-112016 at 792 centres in 27 towns in Andhra Pradesh. 3,86,472 candidates participated in the exam out of which 1,16,127 qualified. The result is available on the website “recruitment.appolice.gov.in”. The breakup of participating and qualifying candidates gender wise, caste wise and Regional centre wise is as under:-

ll the candidates are once again informed that qualifying marks for OC was 40% (i.e. 80 out of 200), BC was 35% (i.e. 70 out of 200) and SC, ST and Ex-Servicemen was 30% (i.e. 60 out of 200). The result is prepared accordingly. It is observed that some candidates have mentioned different community in application form and OMR Sheet. The benefit of doubt is given to the candidate in all such cases in preparing the result. However, this result will depend upon the production of actual community certificate by the candidate at the time of PMT/PET. With regard to the answer key which was released on 6.11.2016.

The result has been generated after incorporating above correction in Answer Key The scanned copies of the OMR Sheet will be available for download on 18.11.2016 at 5 PM on the Website “recruitment.appolice.gov.in”. The candidates may download it.
Any candidate who wants his OMR Sheet to be “verified” may apply online after payment of Rs. 1,000/- (One thousand ) only at any APONLINE Centre (not MEESEVA Centres) and submitting for “verification” on website “recruitment.appolice.gov.in”.
All qualified candidates may download their Hall Tickets for PMT/PET from 25.11.2016 from the above website which will be conducted at all districts Head Quarters from 1.12.2016 onwards.   • Check for the “Result” Column of the Homepage
  • Click on the link and enter PWT Hall Ticket Number, Registration No
  • After that click on submit button.
  • The AP Police Constable Warder Result will be displayed on screen.
  • Check the result, score and take a printout of the result for further proceedings.
