UFC 2 Release Date: Here’s How To Play The Game Ahead Of The Rest

UFC 2 is set for release on March 15, according to Electronic Arts Inc. EA SPORTS UFC 2 will be launched first in North America, then on March 17, 2016 worldwide. Hardcore fans, however, would be happy to learn that they can play the game beforehand and if you continue reading, you’ll learn how.

UFC 2 Release Date: Here’s How To Play The Game Ahead Of The Rest

EA Sports has revealed that fans with “EA Access” subscription could play the UFC 2 a week earlier before its official release date. According to iDigital Times, the early access period for EA Sports UFC 2 will begin March 10; exactly one week before the upcoming MMA game is scheduled to hit North American retailers and digital distribution services.
EA also released the first gameplay trailer for UFC 2 which features some of UFC’s biggest stars including Robbie Lawler, Ronda Rousey, Holly Holm, Conor McGregor, Andrei Arlovski, Jon Jones and numerous others. EA SPORTS UFC 2 is headlined by five new game modes including KO mode and UFC Ultimate Team, a revamped Career mode that lets fans create female fighters for the first time in a UFC game, and Grapple Assist, an integrated visual tool to help players learn and perfect takedowns, ground game transitions and submissions.
But the bad news is that EA Access is only limited to Xbox One gaming consoles. Also, there’s currently no word on how much of the game will be accessible to EA Access subscribers.
According to Game Rant, the previous “pre-release” of Star Wars Battlefront incorporated a timed play period mechanic that limited subscribers to 6-10 hours with the game. So it remains to be seen if EA would include such a limit mechanism or allow full access.
However, Ubergizmo says that subscribers will get access five days before the games are due to be released but only for a limited time of 10 hours of gameplay for each title. The service for which you pay $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year is a good value deal, which allows you access to a collection of EA titles without having to pay for them individually.
EA has also set two other games for advance release dates for its “EA Access” subscribers. While Unravel will be hitting the service on February 4th (full release February 9th), Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 will drop on February 18th (full release February 24th).
EA Access for now features a paltry 14 free games for subscribers to play, but it’s likely that the publisher will be expanding its library with big name releases in the hopes of enticing more subscribers.
So let us know if you will play the UFC 2 beforehand, or wait for the game to hit the market.

Consumers interested in buying one of Microsoft's Surface tablets will now find it with Windows 10 preinstalled. The page for the pricier and beefier Surface Pro 3  indicates that they're outfitted with Windows 10 Pro edition.
