Pokémon XY & Z TV Anime to Premiere on October 29

The October issue of Shogakukan's Coro Coro Comic magazine is announcing on Tuesday that the Pokémon XY & Z television anime series will premiere on Thursday, October 29. It will air in a one-hour special with Pocket Monsters XY Tokubetsu Hen: Saikyō Mega Shinka ~Act IV~ (Pokémon XY Special: The Strongest Mega Evolution ~Act IV~) at 7:00 p.m.
Another new program, Pokémon no Uchi Atsumaru?, will also premiere on Sunday, October 4 at 8:00 a.m. The hosts will be Shoko Nakagawa and Hyadain.
Coro Coro Comic teases that Pokémon XY & Z will debut new Pokémon and Pokémon forms for the first time — in particular Jigarude (Zygarde) in its various forms (the Core brain, Cell, 10% Form, 50% Form, and the Perfect Form) and the Satoshi Gekkōga form of Gekkōga (Greninja). The Perfect Form of Zygarde stands 4.5 meters (about 15 feet) tall and weighs 610 kilograms (1,344 pounds), and magazine teases that it "surpasses Xerneas and Yveltal." The magazine notes that Satoshi Gekkōga looks similar to the clothes of the main human character Satoshi (also known as Ash in English).
The ongoing Pokémon XY television anime series airs on TV Tokyo in the 7:00 p.m. timeslot on Thursdays. The series began airing on Cartoon Network in January 2014. Cartoon Networkalsoran the first threePokémon: Mega Evolution Specials. Below is the second promotional video for the fourth special:

Microsoft upgrades its Surface tablets to Windows 10

Consumers interested in buying one of Microsoft's Surface tablets will now find it with Windows 10 preinstalled. Microsoft's  online page  for its lower-cost Surface lineup shows that the tablet now comes with Windows 10 Home edition. The page for the pricier and beefier Surface Pro 3  indicates that they're outfitted with Windows 10 Pro edition. Microsoft has been on a tear to push out Windows 10, partly to make up for the poor response to Windows 8 and partly to get as many Windows users as possible all on the same platform. The company has been offering Windows 10 as a free upgrade to Windows 7 and 8.1 users for the first year. Last Thursday, Microsoft announced that the new OS was  running on 14 million devices  since its official launch the previous day.
